It Began in San Francisco...
There is no cuisine today with so many possibilities as dim sum. It's fun to experiment, fun to eat and share, and fun to create your own ideas.
I hope you can share your favorites here. Native midwesterners, my wife and I began dining regularly at San Francisco's Yank Sing dim sum house when we lived there.
Returning home to a dim sum desert, we found we needed to begin to create our own -- and had much fun doing so with family and friends.
No wonder it has touched our heart. And, I hope your share your experiences, restaurants and recipe ideas here.

ReplyDeleteI'm told by a couple that China Garden in Rosslyn, VA (next to Arlington) is a good spot.
